Formerly Ellis for You, Prairie Health Group’s mission is to keep you safe, happy, and healthy at home as long as possible. Our focus is offering personalized high-quality therapy services, focused on building long-term relationships, and meeting clients’ individual needs.
The Prairie Health ownership team comprises Founder Keri Mogenson, OT, Michala Gibson, RN, and Mandy Shoemaker, Co-Founders of Prairie Elder Care. Keri’s vision was to provide the highest quality concierge-based services at low to no cost to the patient. Michala and Mandy have a long history of successfully serving the needs of our area’s elders through their group homes, day programs, and care farms. They have come together with Keri to offer something special to people living at home as well as in senior living communities.

There is no referral needed to start therapy services. We can evaluate you and work directly with your physician, then bill directly to your insurance provider. We are considered in-network by many insurance carriers.
