How our therapy works:
Prairie Health therapists assess patients, create a treatment plan, and conduct therapy sessions right in your home, which could be a single-family house, apartment, or senior living community.
For billing, our team coordinates with physician providers and bills insurance directly. We have private pay options as well.
We are in network with most major health insurance carriers.
